The Forbidden Forest

Elanor's eyes widened, slipping into the shadow behind a tree before the light reached her

Lily walked forward slowly, reviewing all the defensive spells she had in her arsenal. "Specialis revelio!"

Elanor gasped again as a trail of glowing golden sparks lit her earlier trail: the one where she had used 'lumos'.

Lily followed the trail of sparks. "Lumos!" She did the spell quickly, lighting up her wand.

Elanor watched a girl walk past her, following her earlier trail. She was relieved she had extinguished it there. She slipped behind another tree

Lily turned, hearing a twig snap. Her wand extinguished itself. "****!" Lily cursed. "Lumos!" She tried again, and this time it worked.

Elanor froze, her back pressed painfully into the bark of a tree not 5 metres away from the other girl

Lily narrowed her eyes and turned in a slow circle, lighting up the trees around her.

Elanor weighed the pinecone in her hand and decided to risk it. She threw the pinecone as hard as she could to the right, and it landed about 10 metres away from the girls, making a huge rustle and snap as it landed

Lily turned around, her eyes trying to locate the source of the noise. She decided, with a shrug, to try the spell again. "Homenum revelio!"

Elanor gasped yet again as she felt as if something was swooping over her. She shuddered

Lily's eyes widened, and she advanced in the direction, Elenor was, wand outstretched and at the ready. She had no idea what to expect, only knew that it wouldn't be what she expected.

Elanor tensed... Someone was coming. She readied her wand

Lily whipped around, face to face with the other girl.

"Protego!" Elanor cried. She didn't want anyone to get hurt.

Lily had let her wand down slightly, and was now staring at Elenor in shock. "Who're you?"

"Elanor. Elanor Hendrickson. Who're you?" Elanor questioned. (and it's Elanor not Elenor)

"Woaaaah... Every thing is so suspenseful" Tri said jokingly. "Well, the truth is, we're all actually dark wizards, so umm, yeah it's smart for you both to act so suspicious."

Lily reached out and shoved Tri's forehead with her palm, rolling her eyes. "I'm Lilliana Devon, but you can call me Lily."

(Sorry...)

"Ahhhh! I've died!" Said Tri, clutching her forehead, rolling on the ground in mock pain. "That push was real low Lily, real low. I didn't think you would ever sink to that level." Said Tri, shaking her head.

Lily rolled her eyes. "Drama queen."

"You're the one who almost started a duel. Anyway, hi, I'm Tri." She said sticking her hand out to Elanor.

"Pay no attention to her," Lily cut in. "She's crazy." She stuck her tongue out at Tri.

"Hi." Elanor muttered, shaking hands. "Call me El, everyone does..."
